3. Registration and Login
a) To use the platform’s services, the user must register. Registration can be done via social logins (Google, Facebook, Instagram) or manually.
b) The user is required to provide truthful and complete information during registration and to keep their login details confidential.
4. Ordering Process
a) Selection of Products/Services: The user can select products or services from the restaurant's menu.
b) Order and Contract Conclusion: The contract is concluded when the order is submitted through the platform. By placing the order, the user confirms acceptance of these T&Cs and the Privacy Policy.
c) Payment: Payment is processed through the available payment methods: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or cash upon pickup or delivery.
5. Prices and Payment Terms

8. Liability
a) Liability of esskompass.com: esskompass.com is not liable for the quality or availability of the products delivered or provided by the restaurant. Our liability is limited to the proper operation of the platform and the mediation between the customer and the restaurant.
b) Liability of the Restaurant: The restaurant is responsible for the quality of the products, delivery, and fulfillment of the order.
9. Privacy Policy
a) Data Collection: esskompass.com collects personal data from users to provide the services, process orders, and enhance the user experience.
b) Data Sharing: Order and payment data is shared with the respective restaurant providers for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
